Thermal rash top and thermal tights

Thights were comfortable to wear, nice and warm. The only thing with the rash vest was a bit loose around the neck line and allows the water to flow through.. If that could be tighter stitched or slilightly higher would be better, other wise happy with purchase and would recommend.
