Refund policy

We offer a 21 day return window from the date your order is delivered on all new garments. Orders requesting a return that were delivered more than 21 days ago will be denied.

If you change your mind, you can return any unwanted item including some sale items for an exchange, refund or store credit providing the following conditions are met. Any items marked 'Final Sale' on our sale page are not eligible for a return.

·       The garment(s) must be in original condition

·       All tags still attached

·       Unworn

·       Unwashed

·       Tried on over underwear

We will deny and return any garments received that are marked or stained in any way and the cost of shipping back to you will be payable by you or deducted from refund of other items.

If your order included a free promotional item and you return the purchased items for a refund but keep the free item, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

What is "Free Returns" Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. You can pay for the return label when submitting your return using the link below.

Repairs & Faults

If your garment is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will be happy to repair it at no cost to you. We will also reimburse your return postage.  (please provide a receipt as proof of postage so we can process this for you).

If the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault, we still offer a complimentary repair service. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to and from our store.

Please note that shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.
