To return your item(s) please login to the portal here.
RETURNS POLICY
Kozii Swimwear accepts returns within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, garment(s) must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags still attached and have been tried on over underwear.
- Full priced items can be returned for an exchange, refund or store credit.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
We reserve the right to refuse and return any garments received that are marked, stained, or otherwise not in their original condition. Any return shipping costs incurred for these items will be the responsibility of the customer and may either be charged separately or deducted from any refund due for other returned items.
If your order included a free promotional item and you return the purchased items for a refund but keep the free item, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.
REPAIRS & FAULTS
If your garment is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, please send it back to us and we will repair it at no cost to you. We will also reimburse your return postage. Please provide a copy of your postage receipt so we can process your reimbursement.
If the damage is not the result of a manufacturing fault, we still offer a complimentary repair service. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of postage to and from our store.
If you are unsure whether your garment qualifies for a warranty repair, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and be happy to assist you.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders within Australia:
• Standard Post – $11.50
• Express Post – $15.50
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and applied per order.
For Kozii swimwear orders, we endeavour to process your orders within 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. Please allow 5-7 days processing time during a sale. We will contact you if we are experiencing delays that fall outside of this lead time. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We post overseas orders via Australia Post.
NEW ZEALAND — Standard Shipping $15 AUD | Express Shipping $20 AUD
REST OF THE WORLD — Standard Shipping $30 AUD
Deliveries to some countries will require additional shipping time. Please check your country's taxes and duties. Kozii has no control over your country's customs charges and taxes. Please check with your authorities for what you can expect if you need to pay extra.
