Our Thermal Fitted Rashies are crafted from Italian brush performance fabric — 85% Polyester, 15% Lycra — with a soft hydro-fleece interior that delivers real warmth without bulk. Flat-locked seams, anti-bacterial treatment, and a stretch that moves with you make these as functional as they are comfortable. Every single one is 100% Australian made, designed and produced at the Kozii Factory in Tweed Heads South, NSW.

• Frankii — a signature Kozii print with the same premium thermal construction.

One fit note: the sublimated prints have a slightly firmer fit through the arms than the plain Onyx — the fabric naturally softens with wear and washing. Stick to your usual size.
