Can you describe a typical training day?
Most days are 3 training sessions, one morning, one midday and one in the afternoon. A mix of swim, bike, run or gym.
Tell us about your favourite training session and discipline?
My favourite type of swim session would be short rest, something like 20 x 100 on 1:20. My favourite type of bike session would be hill reps, something like 5-6 x 8mins. My favourite type of run session is a tempo effort into faster reps, something like 6k tempo into 5 x 1km.
What achievement are you most proud of?
My 4th place at the U23 World Championships.
What Kozii do you like to wear?
The Elite Bind cut and I love all the bright colours in the Easii Essential Collection.
How do you feel when you wear Kozii swimwear?
Fast and supported.
What is your favourite thing to do in Kozii Swimwear?
A hard pool swim session.
What do you like about the new style the Elite X?
Haven’t tried it yet.

How does it feel to fly the flag for Kozii swimwear?
Very good. I feel proud to tell girls who asked me what brand my togs are that they are Kozii’s.
Where can we find you training in your Kozii Swimwear?
Literally all over the world! In pools and open water for training sessions and race course familiarisations.
What Kozii’s do you have in your closet?
Way too many to count, but an overwhelming majority of the Elite Bind Cut in all different colours and patterns. Plus, 2 two pieces, one a colourful pattern and the other plain black.
If you could give any young girls some words of wisdom in regards to body confidence what would it be?
As a female we are so much more than just our bodies and what we look like. So put your energy into bringing the beauty you have inside of you out into the world. People will remember how you treated them over what you look like. Don’t let other people determine your level of confidence, you choose it yourself because a healthy, fit and strong body looks different on different people :)
