We hope you love your new Kozii's, however sometimes things don't always fit or suit your style, so we offer a 21 day return window from the date your order is delivered on all new garments. Orders requesting a return that were delivered more than 14 days ago will be denied.

If you change your mind, you can return any full priced items for an exchange, refund or store credit providing the following conditions are met.  Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit, only providing the following conditions are met. Any items marked 'Final Sale' on our sale page are not eligible for a return.

  • The garment(s) must be in original condition
  • All tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tried on over underwear

We will deny and return any garments received that are marked or stained in any way and the cost of shipping back to you will be payable by you or deducted from refund of other items.

Repairs & Faults

If your garment is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will be happy to repair it at no cost to you. We will also reimburse your return postage.  (please provide a receipt as proof of postage so we can process this for you).

If the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault, we still offer a complimentary repair service. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage to and from our store.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us with photos and we’ll be happy to assist.

If your order included a free promotional item and you return the purchased items for a refund but keep the free item, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that shipping costs, duties and taxes are not refundable.

Return Shipping Instructions

If You Purchased Free Returns Coverage 

  1. Start your return through our returns portal.
  2. Submit your return request for approval.
  3. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
  4. Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

If You Did Not Purchase Free Returns Coverage 

  1. Start your return through our returns portal.
  2. During the return process, choose one of the following return shipping options:

Option 1: Purchase a Label Through the Returns Portal

  • Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal.
  • Your return label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.
  • Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

Option 2: Purchase Your Own Return Label

  • Purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier.
  • After submitting your return request, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
  • Package your item, attach your shipping label, and send your return to the provided return address.

Please note that returns must be submitted through our returns portal
before items are shipped back.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders within Australia:

Standard Post – $11.50
Express Post – $15.50

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and applied per order.

For Kozii swimwear orders, we endeavour to process your orders within 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. Please allow 5-7 days processing time during a sale. We will contact you if we are experiencing delays that fall outside of this lead time. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be dependent upon the location and weight of your item(s).

We post overseas orders via Australia Post.

Deliveries to some countries will require additional shipping time. Please check your country's taxes and duties. Kozii has no control over your country's customs charges and taxes. Please check with your authorities for what you can expect if you need to pay extra.
