Short Term Goals: Stay fit and healthy and enjoy my training! Not miss a training session, improve swimming times in the pool, increase stroke rate on my board and increase aerobic fitness.

Long Term Goals: Qualify for the SA State team travelling to Perth WA, win a medal in all individual events at SA Seniors State Titles, make the swim final for SLS National Titles, and place in the top 5 in all water events at the Manly Freshwater Australia Day weekend carnival.
